{"id":2202,"date":"2022-02-18T12:06:00","date_gmt":"2022-02-18T11:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.matrix-engine.com\/?p=2202"},"modified":"2022-02-18T12:06:02","modified_gmt":"2022-02-18T11:06:02","slug":"la-maintenance-aeronautique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.matrix-engine.com\/es\/la-maintenance-aeronautique\/","title":{"rendered":"Mantenimiento aeron\u00e1utico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La demanda mundial en el sector aeroespacial sigue creciendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De hecho, el tr\u00e1fico a\u00e9reo se ha duplicado en los \u00faltimos 13 a\u00f1os hasta alcanzar los 4.000 millones de pasajeros transportados en un a\u00f1o en 2017: un crecimiento global del 7,6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se espera que este crecimiento contin\u00fae, seg\u00fan la IATA (Asociaci\u00f3n Internacional de Transporte A\u00e9reo), que prev\u00e9 una duplicaci\u00f3n del tr\u00e1fico a\u00e9reo en los pr\u00f3ximos 15 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para satisfacer esta creciente demanda, se espera que el n\u00famero de aviones aumente considerablemente hasta alcanzar unos 45.000 en 2035: hoy en d\u00eda se utilizan 26.000 aviones comerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por la seguridad de todos, en este sector se requiere un mantenimiento extremadamente riguroso y con un coste importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El coste medio de mantenimiento de una aerol\u00ednea se estima en unos 1.070 d\u00f3lares por hora de vuelo, seg\u00fan una encuesta de la IATA realizada a 49 aerol\u00edneas en 2016<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero... \u00bfen qu\u00e9 consiste exactamente este mantenimiento?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los tipos de inspecciones son diversos: tenemos :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspecci\u00f3n visual<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspecci\u00f3n en profundidad mediante procedimientos espec\u00edficos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las pruebas sencillas de las calculadoras<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pruebas complejas (por ejemplo, pruebas de motores)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de estas diversas tareas, existen tareas de mantenimiento como la lubricaci\u00f3n de diversos mecanismos o la sustituci\u00f3n de los filtros de los sistemas del avi\u00f3n, tarea que se conoce como \"Servicing\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las comprobaciones o inspecciones pueden dar lugar a reparaciones, renovaciones o sustituciones de equipos de acuerdo con los manuales y documentos de los fabricantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todas estas tareas se recogen en un manual de mantenimiento en el que se definen las comprobaciones que deben realizarse y su periodicidad: Esta periodicidad comprende varios niveles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mantenimiento de nivel A&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto se hace cada 500 horas de vuelo (aproximadamente cada mes). Suele llevarse a cabo en una noche en un recinto aeroportuario. La frecuencia de este tipo de mantenimiento var\u00eda en funci\u00f3n del tipo de avi\u00f3n, del n\u00famero de ciclos (1 despegue y 1 aterrizaje) o del n\u00famero de horas de vuelo desde la \u00faltima revisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mantenimiento de nivel B<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este mantenimiento se realiza cada 3 meses (aproximadamente). Este control suele realizarse durante la noche en un recinto aeroportuario<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mantenimiento de nivel C<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto se hace cada 12-18 meses o seg\u00fan un n\u00famero determinado de horas de vuelo. Esta inspecci\u00f3n deja el avi\u00f3n fuera de servicio y requiere mucho espacio, normalmente en un hangar de mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mantenimiento de nivel D<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Esta fase tambi\u00e9n se conoce como visita de mantenimiento pesado. Se realiza cada 4-5 a\u00f1os. Requiere m\u00e1s tiempo y espacio que otros tipos de mantenimiento y debe realizarse en un hangar de mantenimiento. Dura un m\u00ednimo de dos semanas, a veces hasta 2 o 3 meses, seg\u00fan el tipo de avi\u00f3n, su antig\u00fcedad y el n\u00famero de horas de vuelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas comprobaciones de categor\u00eda D son comprobaciones pesadas denominadas revisiones. La aeronave se queda en tierra durante un largo periodo de tiempo, durante el cual se inspeccionan todos los componentes y se reparan si es necesario. Una revisi\u00f3n de un gran avi\u00f3n suele implicar la realizaci\u00f3n de unas 10-15.000 tareas complejas, precisas y estrictamente reguladas. Las pruebas que imponen los fabricantes corresponden a un n\u00famero definido de horas de vuelo o a una vida \u00fatil estimada de una aeronave determinada. El mantenimiento se realiza seg\u00fan un ritmo determinado por los fabricantes, de manera estricta. Las horas de reparaci\u00f3n var\u00edan seg\u00fan el tipo de flota<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo este mantenimiento llamado \"MRO\" (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) puede ser facilitado en gran medida por un buen software de GMAO: el mejor software capaz de analizar esta masa de informaci\u00f3n<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La demande mondiale du secteur a\u00e9ronautique ne cesse d\u2019augmenter.
